Culinary Events
Are you tired of looking for the restaurant with the perfect view? You find the perfect setting and we'll bring the restaurant to you. Imagine an elegant candlelit dinner in the middle of the forest. You arrive and enjoy hors d'oeuvres and wine around a roaring fire. Dine by candlelight at tables circling a pond filled with floating candles, surround by the aroma of freshly baked bread and roasted rack of lamb. The evening ends with molten chocolate cake, freshly brewed coffee and a digestif in front of the fire.
Enjoy food, wine and the sunset as you sail the sound. A cocktail party on the water begins with Beef Carpaccio on a bed of Arugula with Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, followed by Duck Confit Purses, and Heirloom Tomato Tartlets each paired with the perfect wine.

Do you love the smell of the salt sea air but prefer to stay on dry ground? Bury your feet in the sand as you enjoy a starlit dinner on the beach. Enjoy mouth watering Grilled Shrimp with mango salsa, soy glazed yellowfin tuna, and 5 spice cake with ginger sorbet.

One of our recent events: Garden Party for 50 guests- Litchfield, CT
A Culinary Experience created a Garden Party. Guests enjoyed a Provencial Basket of garden delights starting with a Grilled Ratatouille Sandwiches with Tapenade. Guests also enjoyed Zucchini Carpaccio with Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, Artichoke tapenade, a selection of cheeses and Madeleines, Strawberries and Lemon Curd for dessert. Guests wandered through the garden enjoying the beautiful flowers and plants each labeled with thier scientific name.
